Hey friends! I’m kicking off this whole blog adventure with some facts about me so you all can get to know me a little bit better. I’m 27 so figured that would be a fitting number! I am so excited to FINALLY have a blog and I hope that you will follow along! If you have any suggestions on what you would like to see from me, just send me a message or comment and let me know!
1. My full name is Cassidy Michelle Price, fun fact my name was supposedly from some pretty girl at the Sam Houston State University gym, ha!
2. I graduated college from Stephen F. Austin State University. I majored in Kinesiology (Health & Human Performance) and I have a minor in Business Administration and General Business. I was one of those people who changed my major one too many times.
3. I now work in Athletic Administration at a high school. I really do enjoy my job and it keeps me busy. I’m not sure how I could have a job that doesn’t have Thanksgiving Break/Christmas Break/Spring Break, etc.
4. I have one younger sister and we are POLAR opposites but she’s pretty awesome – she also has a daughter, Jocey, and she is the coolest, most fun little girl ever! Jocey is the most diva 5 year old I have ever met.
5. I am a night owl and have insomnia so bad! So I get a lot of things done really late. I wish I was a morning person but never have been. Maybe I’ll try and change that (again).
6. Unpopular opinion, especially being from the South but I love unsweet tea. Shocker I know, people always look at me crazy.
7. I would rather pay someone to do the dishes and clean the bathrooms than do it myself. Give me laundry and clorox wipes and I will go to town though!
8. I have the biggest sweet tooth, sometimes I will pick sweets over real food – especially chocolate.
9. On the topic of food, I’m actually a good cook but I hate actually cooking.
10. My biggest pet peeve about myself is that I always have a million and one browsers open & I always hang up new clothes then forget about them and find clothes with tags still on them.
11. I tend to make a lot of online impulse purchases and then I forget about them, then I end up with a million and one packages waiting on me at home!
12. I love to workout, it’s so relaxing to me and it is a big stress reliever.
13. I have lived in 8 different towns and in 10 different homes my whole life and moving is still the worst!
14. I hate to be cold but I love the winter, especially all of the outfits.
15. I hate saying no, I’m such a people pleaser! I hate to make people upset and I am not confrontational at ALL.
16. I’m one of those people who has, TONS, of shoes but only wear the same ones all the time.
17. I could watch certain movies OVER and OVER again and never get tired of them! A few of them are: The Judge, Lawless, Step Brothers and This is 40!
18. One of my favorite bible verses has always been, Psalm 46:5 “God is within her, she will not fail.”
19. I listen to literally every kind of music! If you shuffle my playlist, you never have any idea what is going to come next.
20. I love all things beauty but my favorite beauty item would for sure be mascara!
21. Also on the topic of beauty, I HATE getting my nails done (I always do) but it is the worst task to me, all I can do is think of all of the things I could be doing.
22. I think my favorite social media platform is actually YouTube – I get so caught up watching makeup and DIY videos!
23. My biggest goal currently is to be the best version of myself and to not worry so much about what other people might think.
24. I can’t stand the sound of people chewing or eating, it drives me crazy.
25. One of my least favorite things to do, is to walk into an event or dinner by myself. I don’t know why, but I hate walking in alone or walking in first. Kind of strange, I know.
26. My favorite sport hands down is football. I prefer high school and college football over the NFL though.
27. One item on my bucket list, which is probably MUCH different than most people’s but… I want to go to the Masters Tournament and a College Football National Championship Game!
