If you like Oreos and you like cheesecake, you NEED to try this. It is one of the easiest, quickest recipes! Plus, everybody loves it! It would be perfect for a pot luck, get together, holiday or just make it to have a treat at home! I can assure you though, it won’t last too long. Also, I COMPLETELY forgot to take more pictures while I was making it, sorry about that!lol
INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz Cool Whip
- 36 Oreo Cookies, divided
- Mini Oreos (will be used for garnish)
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 packages (8 oz) Cream Cheese
- 2 Oreo Pie Crusts – I typically just buy mine but to make your own it’s just Oreos and butter
DIRECTIONS
- In large ziploc bag, crush 24 Oreo cookies (I keep mine a little chunky) set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Until smooth and fluffy.
- Fold in 12 oz of Cool Whip and crushed Oreo cookies
- Pour into prepared Oreo crust
- Add remaining Oreo cookies to ziploc bag and finely crush. Sprinkle evenly over the top of cheesecakes
- *Optional* Use remaining Cool Whip and add dollops around the edges for a more finished look & add mini Oreo cookies. (I typically only do this step if it’s for an event or something like that!
- Refrigerate pies for at least 2 hours
- Serve & Enjoy!!!
***If you would only like 1 pie then split the recipe in half!! Also, it’s even better if you have time to make 24 hours in advance.***
