It’s about time to share some FALL STAPLES that I think you really do NEED in your closet this season. This list could really have been so long but I narrowed it down for you. It’s all items that I do think would be great in your closet + they never really go out of style.

1. Spanx Faux Leather Leggings
I cannot say enought good things about my Spanx faux leather leggings! This is actually my second pair and I’m so glad I ever decided to purchase them. I think you will too! They go SO much use out of them and they are so dang comfy. The top of them doesn’t roll down so that’s always a plus. You can pair leather leggings with so many different outfits + they are so darn easy to style up or down. Another thing is these leggings hold up VERY well – I only bought a new pair because I accidentally dried mine (rookie mistake). I’m also including a few similar options as well if you’re not wanting to make the splurge.
2. Neutral Booties
I mean I feel like this one is an obvious one but you really just can’t go wrong with booties. Either you want to splurge or save but there are SO many options. I personally love the pointed toe booties! They are also a really good transition piece, especially for us girls from the South. I actually purchased mine last year and they have for sure gotten my money’s worth. Linking abunch of different options and price points.
3. Wide Brim Hat
I feel like this one is either a love or hate item but I think everybody needs at least one in their closet. Hats are so in and I for one – LOVE IT. They are such a good staple item and everybody can pull it off. Hats are such a fun accessory!! I have some very good quality hats from Amazon too – you can find them everywhere. As well, they’re perfect for gals who don’t like to hair wash every day!ha. You’ll definitely get lots of compliments with this item!
4. Neutral Sweater
Of course sweaters make the list of staple items!! Neutral sweaters can be thrown on with basically anyting and you can layer it lots of ways. I mean the possibilities are endless with a good neutral sweater!! You can also always dress sweaters dressier or more casual – and whenever you choose neutral colors you can always add pops of color with jackets, shoes, lipstick or a good hat (see what I did there..lol) and add a fun twist on your outfit.
5. Leather Jacket
For when you’re needing to feel a little bit sassy.haha jk, but really. Leather jackets are such a good fall item. I know at this point I sould like a broken record but there are so many ways to style leather jackets + they add a little bit of edge to your outfits. I picked one up last year during the Nordstrom sale and it was well worth the investment. Going with a black leather jacket is never a bad choice and also have been swoooooning over the brown jackets this year!! Leather jackets are so easy to throw on for fall and they match everything.
6. Flannel
Fall = Flannels. I don’t make the rules. But seriously, flannels just need to be in your closet. There are many, many different colors, prints and styles to choose from. The best part about flannels is they never go out of style and only get more comfy and soft with more wears and washes!! You can also purchase pretty much anywhere and most are pretty good quality!! I’ve never met a flannel I didn’t like!!
