Hey guys! Another easy week of dinners next week & trying to use everything left in the pantry & fridge style!haha. I’ve gotten so many messages from y’all loving these so I’ll keep sharing. I might start recording them too, if you’re interested in that!
I’ll put the grocery list, which includes everything but some items you may already have but wanted it to be all in one place for you guys + it has all the meals and how to cook them below for your reference. Also, as a note, we go grocery shopping once a week and we make whatever we planned that week. Some weeks we cook a little less, it just depends on our schedule and plans. We also never plan meals for Friday-Sunday because usually that’s our time with friends, family, date night and things like that!
Some of these look long but I promise they’re quick to throw together.
*I wanted to note that on the grocery list, I put everything on there but you might have some of most of the items on the list. So just a note*
*Sorry for not having exact measurements but we NEVER measure*

The night before put the chicken, garlic and egg yolks in a ziplock overnight! The sauce you mix dijon mustard, mustard, mayo and honey together and keep in the fridge until you serve. Preheat oven to 400, mix breadcrumbs, seasonings and cheese together. Dip the chicken in and add to baking dish. Bake chicken for about 15 minutes on each side then you add some ham + cheese to the top and cook until cheese is melted. Remove and add the mustard sauce on top.

I’m sure you all have seen this recipe on TikTok or Instagram but it’s a staple at our house. Turn oven on 350, cook your ground meat and cook bell pepper and onion, drain. Add back into the pan and add in taco seasoning and 1/2 a jar of salsa, let simmer for about 10 minutes. Drain can of corn and beans.
Add 1/2 of the meat mixture to the bottom of your pan, add corn, beans, cheese, then tortillas. Layer until gone, top with tortillas + cheese. I also add jalapenos and bake until bubbly.
Serve with chips & salsa, rice & beans, avocado, sour cream or whatever toppings you like!
