But HOW is it already November?!! This year is flying by! By now, most of you have probably seen me share some pieces from Shein here and there on my Instagram. I get an influx of messages everytime I share about sizing, quality, shipping, etc. So today I’m going to share all of my tips + tricks. Plus going to share my most recent order!

QUALITY
The most asked is always the quality. Shein is definitely a go to for me for trendy pieces because of the price point. I hate spending money on pieces that I’m not going to wear over and over. If there is a trendy item you like and you know it won’t be in style long – look at Shein.
The quality for the price to me is fair. I have pieces that have lasted through LOTS of washes and I’ve also had some that weren’t the best but I didn’t spend much so can you really complain. Their pieces don’t break the bank though and allow you to stay on trend and on budget.
With all of this being said, I have been VERY pleased with the quality of their pieces. I share a lot of clothes and don’t re-wear a lot of items so I purchase from here quite a bit.
SIZING
The number one thing I can recommend with sizing is to READ REVIEWS and if it has picture reviews it helps even more. I know that this can be annoying sometimes but it helps so much. I generally still order my true size (S), if it’s a more cropped look I typically size up for a little more length. Although, with them coming from China usually sizing is a little smaller – but I’ve only ever had one item not fit.
Shipping
All of my orders have had a different timeline but I’ve never had an order take more than 2 weeks. Sometimes it says it will be there (way later) than it will actually get there. Since they are based in China, it does take a bit longer. Keep this in mind if you are ordering for an event so they get here in time.
Can you trust ordering from Shein?
YES, YES, YES! I know that there are so many fake websites and it can seem sketchy since it’s from China but Shein is not one of those websites. I’ve actually had an order get lost in the mail and I got 100% refunded for that order.
Another thing is I know that the website has TONS of items but that’s why I show you all the items I order! Also, you can be very specific in their search box and usually you can find exactly what you search for. That’s what I usually do too. Plus you guys LOVE my Amazon pieces and these are usually lower priced than those.

We all know that I love me some neutral colors so of course I ordered a black sweater. I’ve worn this multiple times already and get SO many compliments every single time. It’s such a good basic. It is a little bit thin but perfect for us Texas gals since we don’t have super super cold weather. This one does run more oversized, I ordered a SMALL and it’s plenty long for leggings. Cropped Button Cardigan
Button up cropped cardigans are everywhere this season! I was a little skeptical because I’m not a big cropped top person but I ordered this one and OMG. It’s SO thick and the details are so much better in person. I did size up to a MEDIUM for a little bit more length & I honestly wish I would have gone up to a large. But still a great Shein find.
